Monday Morning Mindfulness is a brief virtual gathering designed to awaken the spirit and settle the soul through melody, meaning, and meditation. In less than 30 minutes, we’ll create space for renewal and presence.
Each session begins with music—a niggun, a simple song, or recorded melody—to unite breath and body in prayerful rhythm. From there, we’ll lift up a nugget of wisdom—a prayer, poem, or sacred text—to shift our perspective. We’ll close with a guided meditation, using breath and imagery to quiet the mind and free the soul.
This is not a discussion group but a space for companionship through presence, a judgment-free zone where everyone belongs. Each session will be unique, a small spark to carry into the week.
